中央研究院物理研究所為發展量子材料相關研究及有效運用公用設備，成立量子材料公用實驗室。實驗室分為「製程設備」與「量測分析」兩大區塊。為達奈米等級精密度，「製程設備」建置在本所無塵室。本實驗室使用辦法請詳見「申請使用」網頁。

Institute of Physics (IoP) of Academia Sinica established the Quantum Materials Shared Facilities to share commonly used equipment among researchers for quantum materials research. QMSF conprises fabrication and characterization equipment, with fabrication tools located inside the cleanroom in order to achieve nanoscale precision. Rules for using the facilities are detailed in the Application section.

使用者若有使用本所公共實驗設施儀器所產生之研究成果，應在任何發表時提到我們儀器的貢獻，包含碩博士論文和SCI等，在其論文中特別加註如下：

It will be highly appreciated if the Quantum Materials Shared Facilities can be acknowledged when QMSF users publish their results from using the facility. Publications include but not limited to dissertations, conference or SCI papers. The following is an example of acknowledgement - "The authors acknowledge resources and support from the Quantum Materials Shared Facilities of Institute of Physics at Academia Sinica."
