2. 研究工作主軸:運用本所儀器設備作測量、並參與未來儀儀效能增強的研發項目,亦須至台灣半導體研究中心(Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute) 參加操作訓練課程,完成後利用該中心設備、製作薄膜。
3. 前境:半導體製程與實作經驗,為國內高科技產業高度需求。此外,計畫連接上的重力波研究,為基礎科學前沿,可提供強實平台,往國內外研究所升學。
4. 可因個別需求、興趣,客製工作內容與指標

The position is to conduct research focused on the investigation of electronic properties and quantum phenomena of topological semimetals and topological superconductors by using low temperature scanning tunneling microscope (STM) under high magnetic field. The ideal candidate is able to operate, maintain and improve our STM and other UHV equipment, perform measurements, analyze the data and write manuscripts. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with our international collaborators in the area of crystal synthesis, DFT calculation and material characterizations.
