PhD in experimental condensed matter physics or related field is required. Candidates with cryogenic scanning probe microscopy experience or solid performance in quantum material research will be considered first.

Job Description
The position is to conduct research focused on the investigation of electronic properties and quantum phenomena of topological semimetals and topological superconductors by using low temperature scanning tunneling microscope (STM) under high magnetic field. The ideal candidate is able to operate, maintain and improve our STM and other UHV equipment, perform measurements, analyze the data and write manuscripts. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with our international collaborators in the area of crystal synthesis, DFT calculation and material characterizations.
