[無塵室公告]無塵室開放及熱蒸鍍暫停開放 Cleanroom Reopening and Evaporator Temporary Closure

 空調系統及冷卻水系統已修復正常，無塵室重新開放。熱蒸鍍因冷卻水管線破裂，目前暫停開放待檢修完成後再開放，將另行通知。

The air conditioning and cooling water systems have been repaired and are functioning normally. The cleanroom is now reopened.Evaporator is temporarily closed due to a broken cooling water pipe. It will remain closed until repairs are completed, and we will provide further notice upon reopening.
