Solar-mass primordial black holes explain NANOGrav hint of gravitational waves

The NANOGrav collaboration for the pulsar timing array (PTA) observation had announced evidence of an isotropic stochastic process 3 months ago. This may imply the first detection of the stochastic gravitational-wave background (SGWB). Kohri and Terada then discussed the possibility that the signal is originated by the second-order GWs associated with the formation of solar-mass primordial black holes (PBHs). Un-Pang is going to share their thoughts.
