【特殊安全規則 Special safety notices and regulations】
使用者安全與儀器保全 User and instrumentation safety
- 確實填寫紀錄本，未確實填寫者停權兩周。儀器若有任何問題，請立即向管理員反映。
Fill out the logbook accurately; failure to do so can lead to the penality of two-week account suspension. Inform administrators immediately of any apparatus issues. - 若有需要(例如使用 CO2)，請啟動氧氣偵測器，監控氧氣濃度。請詳讀使用 CO2 安全規定。
Turn on the O2 detector to monitor the O2 level if needed (e.g., CO2 is in use). Please read the Safety Protocol for CO2 usage. - 總是從較短的曝光時間開始，避免過度曝光，損壞昂貴的相機。
Always start with short camera exposure time to prevent overexposure and damage to the expensive cameras. - 請勿更改任何電腦、硬體及軟體的設定。實驗時把數據存放在指定資料夾內，並在實驗後從電腦移除。所有數據會在周五或必要時刪除。
Do not modify any setup parameter value of the computer, hardware, and software. Save data in a designated folder during experiment and remove data from the computer after experiment. All data will be deleted on Fridays or whenever necessary. - 油鏡每次使用完畢必需清潔，並檢查確認其它物鏡及載物台面沒有被鏡油汙染。合格使用者應該熟悉清潔物鏡與移除油汙的標準作業程序。
If immersion oil is used, clean the objectives properly and immediately after experiment; inspect the other objectives and the stage for possible contamination by oil. Qualified users should be familiar with the SOPs for cleaning objectives and removing oil contamination. - 如需更換物鏡，請洽管理員。
Please contact administrators for objective replacement or installation. - 實驗室備有訪客用室內鞋，經常使用儀器者應自帶實驗室用鞋。
Indoor shoes for visitors are provided. Frequent users should bring their own laboratory shoes.

【使用者資格與教育訓練 User qualification and training】
- 合格使用者須通過管理員認可的教育訓練，包括現場教學與實習。教育訓練會定期實施或依需求辦理。只有合格使用者才能進入實驗室並預約使用儀器。
Qualified users must pass the training certified by the administrators. The training includes on-site tutorial and practice sessions and will be offered regularly or on demand. Only qualified users can gain access to the lab and reserve the instrument. - 預備知識：參加教育訓練的使用者需已熟悉光學顯微鏡的操作保養以及共軛焦顯微技術的原理(Wiki)。
Prerequisites: Users should be familiar with the practical operation and maintenance of optical microscopes and the principle of confocal microscopy(Wiki). - 教育訓練資源與教材 Training resources and materials: the Safety Protocol for CO2 usage. 【預約 Reservation】
【預約規則 Reservation Policy】
- 上班時段:週一~週五9:00-18:00；非上班時段: 其他時間
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM；Non-Working Hours: All other times - 上班時段Working Hours:
1. 預約時間上限: 3hours/user/day、6hours/user/week
Usage Limits: 3hours/user/day、6hours/user/week
2. 若有特殊需求需要額外時間，請接洽管理者，由管理者統合所有需求後以公平原則安排(須由管理者幫忙預約額外時間)
Special Requests: If additional time is required due to special circumstances, please contact the manager. The manager will coordinate all requests and arrange extended access based on fairness. (Extra time reservations must be made by the manager.) - 非上班時段Non-Working Hours:
1. 不限制 No Usage Limits
2. 週末時段(六、日):建議隔週預約，若需要連續在週末預約請先在使用者群組中詢問或請管理者協調
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): It is recommended to reserve weekend time slots on a biweekly basis. If you require consecutive weekend bookings, please first consult the user group or ask the manager to coordinate. - 預約守則Reservation guidelines:
1.若實驗提早結束，請告知管理者取消線上預約並自行在使用者群組中公告。
Early Completion: If your experiment ends earlier than scheduled, please inform the manager to cancel your reservation and make an announcement in the user group.
2.臨時取消預約者請在使用者群組中公告並取消線上預約，若無法取消線上預約可以請管理者協助。
Cancellations: For last-minute cancellations, please announce it in the user group and cancel your reservation. If you're unable to cancel the reservation, contact the manager for assistance.
3.如果想預約時間與其他使用者有衝突時，可以自行與其他使用者溝通或是經由管理者協助溝通。
Scheduling Conflicts: If the desired time slot is in conflict with another user’s reservation, you may coordinate directly with the user or request assistance from the manager.

【公共儀器違規罰則說明Rules and Penalties for Misuse of Public Instruments】
為確保儀器資源公平使用與維護儀器運作品質，請所有使用者遵守以下規範。違規情形與處理辦法如下：
To ensure fair use of shared equipment and maintain operational quality, all users must follow the rules below. Violations and penalties are as follows:

注意事項 / Notes:
1. 若有特殊情況，請事先告知管理員。
If special circumstances occur, notify the administrator in advance.
2. 停權期間不得以任何方式使用儀器或代他人操作。
During suspension, users may not use equipment or operate on behalf of others.
3. 規則將視情況調整，最新版本以公告為準。
Rules may be adjusted; the latest version in the official announcement prevails.
4. 臨時取消預約者請在使用者群組告知其他使用者，若是無法取消線上預約可以請管理者協助。
Users who need to cancel a reservation at the last minute should notify other users in the user group. If you are unable to cancel the reservation online, you may request assistance from the administrator.
5. 如果你想預約時間與其他使用者有衝突時，可以自行與其他使用者溝通或是經由管理者協助溝通。
If your desired reservation time conflicts with another user’s booking, you may communicate directly with the other user or seek assistance from the administrator to coordinate.
