預約規則 Regulations

  1. 儀器管理者可視需要協調並調整預約行程。
    The facility managers may coordinate and adjust the reservation schedules if needed.

  2. 合格使用者需有預約系統帳號才能預約使用儀器。
    Qualified users must have an account in ARS in order to make reservations.

  3. 使用者資格由儀器管理者認定。
    User qualification is set by the respective facility managers.

  4. 儀器管理者可視需要設定或調整可預約時段以及每週可預約時間上限。如有特殊需要，經儀器管理者同意後由儀器管理者幫忙預約額外時段。
    The facility managers may modify the equipment availability or set time restrictions in ARS if deemed necessary. Extra time slots can be reserved by the managers upon request from users.

  5. 最晚請在預約前一天下午五點前取消預約。
    Please cancel the reservation before 5p.m. the day before your reservation time.

  6. 若有預約需收費儀器但使用者未到也未取消預約，仍依預約時間收費。
    100% fees will still be charged if users fail to fulfill the reservation without cancellation in advance.

  7. 若有下列行為將導致暫停預約帳號與門禁管制處分。
    The following actions will result in suspension of ARS account and blocking of lab access.

    1. 違反實驗室或儀器操作的安全守則或 SOPs。
      Violation of safety rules or SOPs for lab/equipment operation.

    2. 未預約逕行使用儀器。
      Usage without reservation.

    3. 超約時段。
      Overbooking in ARS (Making reservations beyond the limitation set by the manager).

    4. 預約不到且未取消預約。
      Absence without cancellation of reservation.

使用誌謝 Acknowledgments

使用者若有使用本所公共實驗設施儀器所產生之研究成果，應在任何發表時提到我們儀器的貢獻，包含碩博士論文和SCI等，在其論文中特別加註如下：
『研究實驗過程中使用中央研究院物理研究所生物與軟物質物理公用實驗設施儀器及技術協助』。

Please acknowledge the contribution of the Biological and Soft Matter Physics Shared Facilities when publishing the results produced from using BSSF. Publications include but not limited to dissertations, conference or SCI papers. The following is an example of acknowledgement - "The authors acknowledge resources and support from the Biological and Soft Matter Physics Shared Facilities of Institute of Physics at Academia Sinica."
