調控二氧化釩相變改變光響應
2025-09-11 本所林宮玄博士及鄭皓宇同學跟清華大學、中研院應科中心、陽明交通大學、臺灣大學團隊合作,報導二氧化釩在已知的高溫金屬相及低溫絕緣相間,有兩種新的光暫態響應相。藉由改變溫度或是雷射光亮度,光響應時間可在幾十皮秒到幾奈秒間調控,光響應強度在攝氏68度附近可增強 5.5倍。
