Elastic force of DNA in nano-confined environments

We are running extensive numerical simulations to gain insight about the elastic force of DNA confined in nanoslits and nanochannels. The Warm-Like Chain theory has to be modified in this case to account for the reduced degrees of freedom of DNA. In Fig. 3 is shown a preliminary result of the force extension curve of a DNA molecule in a nanochannel.
