個人資料蒐集告知函由於個人資料之蒐集，涉及您的隱私權益，依據個人資料保護法（簡稱個資法）第八條第一項規定，應明確告知您下列事項：

（一）機關名稱：台灣熱電學會。
（二）蒐集之目的：2022台灣熱電學會年會使用。
（三）個人資料之類別：姓名、學校、聯絡資料（電郵、電話）之文件。
（四）使用之期間、對象及方式：本會議資料將保存2年，本學會將使用申請者個人資料執行相關業務及活動安排。
（五）申請者的權利及行使方式：申請者可以與我們聯繫，行使個資法第三條之當事人權利，閱覽、補充或更正您的資料。
（六）申請者可自由選擇是否提供資料，若拒絕提供以上個人資料，本所予以尊重，但即無法參與本會議，請審慎考慮，敬請見諒。

 

According to the Personal Data Protection Act, Taiwan Thermoelectric Society (TTES) disclosure regarding gathering, handling and using personal information of participants in the ASIoP Summer Student Program.

Basic Data Collection, Renewal and Management

  1. Agency: Taiwan Thermoelectric Society (TTES)
  2. Purpose of the collection: 2022 TTES Annual Meeting
  3. Classification of personal information: Chinese and English name, Nationality, Institution, Phone, Student ID, Student Status Letter and other information that enables participants to be personally identified.
  4. Period, areas, parties and way of the use of personal information: A list of admission, their affiliation institutions and photo will be shared on the website. The personal data will be retained up to 2 years after the conclusion of this program. Taiwan Thermoelectric Society (TTES) will collect, process and use the personal data for the 2022TTES in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant laws and rules enacted in Taiwan, the Republic of China.
  5. The rights and methods you may exercise in terms of Article 3 of the Act: In accordance with the Act, the applicants involved can inquire about the information or request to read, ask for copies, cease the use and handling and for deletion. The person involved can exercise the above rights by submitting a hard copy in writing with this request to the Taiwan Thermoelectric Society (TTES).
  6. The applicants are in the position to decide whether providing personal related information and classification. However, the applicants may lose the entitlement to subsequent services connected with the event if Taiwan Thermoelectric Society (TTES) unable to process necessary procedure in terms of the operation requirement due to the lack, accurate, latest and complete of your personal information and classification. Your understanding is appreciated.
