 演講安排於4日下午、4日晚上、5日上午、5日晚上及6日上午，5日下午供自由討論。

1.主辦單位安排一部遊覽車於8月4日上午8：00 停於中央研究院學術活動中心門口，供參加者搭乘，該車於8：30出發經北二高到國立台灣大學體育館旁側門 （在辛亥路上靠近台大物理系與凝態中心大樓），在搭載參加者後，於9：10開往渴望學習中心，預定於11：30前到達。6日下午，用完午餐後，有遊覽車載參加者返回台北。

2.有自用車者，請參考上述渴望村（Aspire Park）網站，自行開車前往。

 主辦單位提供4日及5日的午餐和晚餐，以及6日的午餐，主辦單位也提供4日下午、5日上午及6日上午休息時間的點心。

1.8月4日和5日住於渴望學習中心客房（房間內可用自己帶的電腦上網），單人房與雙人房每日費用都是 NT＄2940（含早餐）。

2.有研究計畫者，由自己研究計畫支付住宿費；無研究計畫且在會中報告自己研究成果或近況者，由主辦單位視經費情況補助住宿費。
