Searches for :
Search for Heavy Resonance decaying into WW,
WZ or ZZ
Our group participated in the search for a heavy resonance
particle that decays into a pair of gauge bosons (WW, WZ or ZZ).
We work on the vvqq final state that covers both the WZ and ZZ
decay channels. The search is conducted on ATLAS Run2 data sample
and the heavy resonance is searched over a wide mass range from
500 GeV to 3000 GeV. The results, published in JHEP
09 (2016) 173, are interpreted in several theoretical models
(e.g. heavy scalar singlet, heavy vector boson triplet, and bulk
Randall-Sundrum model).
