AFM - TIRFM system

近幾年來我們利用AFM高空間解析及作用力量測的能力來研究一些生物樣品,同時,我們的AFM系統能在液相中進行操作,適合應用在生物系統上,例如利用奈米碳管修飾後的AFM探針觀察ScDmc1-ssDNA的螺旋細絲結構[1],此外,我們也結合AFM與反射式螢光顯微鏡(TIRFM)於分子操縱及作用力的測量研究上,如triplex DNA分子裡各股分子間在不同pH值環境下,其作用力變化情形[2]. 目前,我們正在發展其他成像模式並應用於生物樣品上,已獲得初步成果.
