Generalized TMDs and the exclusive double Drell-Yan process

Generalized transverse momentum dependent parton distributions (GTMDs) are the most general parton correlation functions of hadrons. In this talk, I will discuss how quark GTMDs can be measured in the exclusive double Drell-Yan process, and how secific GTMDs can be addressed by means of polarization observables.
