With a background in mechanical engineering and system integration, Edwin En-Te Hwu specializes in building instruments to perform unique research that commercial systems cannot fulfill. He will present his work on the world's smallest mechanical pump, cell culture/monitoring on a disc, biomedical prototyping based on 3D printing, nanotexture based skin diagnostics and their applications.
