We are looking for one qualified and enthusiastic group member with background on ultrafast laser, optical spectroscopy, physical chemistry, and/or condensed matter physics. For applying the postdoc position, PhD in experimental condensed matter physics physical chemistry, or related field is required, and proficiency in optical experiments is required. Candidates with ultrafast/nonlinear optical spectroscopy experience or solid performance in quantum material research will be considered first. Candidates may contact ycwen@phys.sinica.edu.tw for informal inquiries regarding the application. The call will remain open until suitable candidates are identified.

The position is to develop and apply nonlinear/ultrafast laser spectroscopies to studies of (1) quantum phenomena of topological semimetals or (2) physical chemistry properties of water interfaces. The candidate will be devoted to execute laser spectroscopic experiments, analyze the data, and write manuscripts.
