Job Description
1. Rheology experiments with soft matter and complex fluids. Careful data collection and analysis. Model formulation.
2. Computational modeling and development with advanced lattice Boltzmann - microparticle method developed in our group. Develop understanding of (i) how metastasized cancer cells go into the blood stream, (ii) how microfluidic flow can separate healthy and diseased cells, (iii) how polymer - nanoparticle phase behavior and dynamics are affected by nano-confinement.
