Research Interests:

Surface Physics, Atomic Resolution Microscopy, Surface Atomic and Molecular Dynamics, Nanostructured Materials and their Physical Properties, Microscopic and Mesoscopic Mechanisms of Growth of Crystals and Epitaxial Films, etc. Published three books (Elsevier & Cambridge U. P.) and over 300 papers, of them about 30 are in Phys. Rev. Lett. and 60 are in Phys. Rev. B.
