Research Assistant / Internship

We welcome people who are motivated to do lab work. The training here not only give you strong foundation in  scientific research but also help you develop skills to excel in other aspects such as industrial R&D, business marketing, management and so on. By working here you learn to think critically and to find out answers by simple ways. In the group meeting they are also required to give a organized scientific presentation in English. We are looking for people with qualities like high motivation, good communication skill, open-minded attitude, acceptance to criticism, and teamwork capability.

If you are an overseas Taiwanese youth, you can apply for Taiwanese Tech Trek summer internship program from National Science Council in Taiwan.

If you are a US graduate student, you can apply for East Asia and Pacific Summer Institute for U.S. Graduate Students (EAPSI).

Thesis Student

If you are interested to do a thesis work with me, currently I am an adjunct professor at Dept. of Physics and Institute of Biophysics at National Taiwan University. I am also a faculty member of Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) at Academia Sinica.

If you are not in any of the institute I am affiliated with, there are still possibilities to work here. Please talk to me in person.
