Workshop:

We are holding an international workshop on Soft Matter and Biophysics from May 24 to May 28, 2010. The main topic is on rheology. The speakers include Dave Weitz (Harvard University), John Crocker (UPenn), Sascha Hilgenfeldt (UIUC), Andrew Kraynik (Sandia National Lab), Klaus Kroy (Leipzig), and David Pine (NYU).

Seminar:

There is an interdisciplinary Bio/Soft seminar every Monday 2:15 pm at Room 332, Old Physics Building. Here is our calendar.

Training Course:

Center for Biotechnology, National Taiwan University offers many training course on the latest biotechnology. I especially recommend the BCT course.

Bioresource Collection and Research Center, at Food Industry Research and Development Institute offers Tissue Cell Culture and Stem Cell Culture training course annually.

The Physiology Course, Marine Biological Labortory. This is IT course for people who are interested in physical biology.
