用設備使用及預約狀態 (Shared facilities reservations)

共用設備預約規則

1. 若有違下列規定將處以停權處分。若繼續違規可能導致永遠停權處分。

2. 合格使用者經儀器管理員認可後,可申請預約帳號及使用儀器。

3. 未預約逕行使用儀器三次者,處以停權處分。

4. 每個儀器每週最多可預約時段,請洽詢儀器管理者。若超約時段,將處以停權處分

5. 若有特殊情況必須預約超過允許之時段,可與儀器管理者討論同意後,由儀器管理者幫忙預約。

6. 預約而未照規定取消者,無論使用與否,都需收費。

7. 儀器管理者有權視實際需要彈性調整預約情形。

 

Shared facilities reservation rules

1. If you violate the following rules, your user license will be suspended temporarily. If you continue to violate the rules, your user license may be indefinitely suspended.

2. Only licensed users can be granted user accounts for making reservations and using facilities.

3. If you use a facility without making the reservation in advance, and it happens three times, your user license will be suspended.

4. Please check with the facility manger for the maximum allowed reservations for each facility. If you book more than the allowed time slots, your user license will be suspended.

5. If you have very special needs that you have to book more than the allowed time slots, please discuss with the facility manager (or directly email your request to nanocore@phys.sinica.edu.tw).

6. The user needs to pay for the reserved time slot (if not properly canceled in advance), whether he/she shows up or not.

7. The facility managers have the right to adjust the reservations if needed.
