HOW TO REGISTER

All ICNSCT2011 participants should first OBTAIN YOUR ACCOUNT before the registration process by entering your profile information online before July 15, 2011. The confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail provided above which also contains the password to login next time for register. Note that the e-mail address will be your account name to login.

 

Registration for General Participants:

Early-bird rate deadline is May 31, 2011. Nonetheless, on-site registration is also possible at the conference site.

 

After you LOGIN, you can:

  • Pay the Fees

Registration for Abstract Submitting Participants:
Abstract submission is available between March 15 - June 10, 2011.

  • Submit Your Abstract
  • Apply Financial Support (For students and postdocs)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Accompanying person registration includes welcome reception, coffee break refreshment, and the conference tour. NTD1,500 / per person.

 

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

The conference committees encourage the participation of young scientists working on the topics covered by ICNSCT2011. Some limited funding will be provided for partial travel support of students and postdocs (up to 5 years after the Ph.D.)
The deadline for requesting financial support is June 10, 2011. The results will be sent individually via email before June 20, 2011,
Students and postdocs requiring financial support should prepare:
(a) A brief CV  
(b) A brief description of your current research project
(c) At least one letter of recommendation, one of which should be from your supervisor
(d) Submit an abstract

These materials mentioned above must be uploaded via the Registration Site.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment by credit card and bank transfer will be accepted.
Full time student must provide proof of full time status when submitting registration form and payment. 

(The proof of official student certificate must be uploaded to the ICNSCT2011 On-line Registration System.)

 

REFUND POLICY

Conference registration fees will not be refunded (in full or partially) after July 15.
