Double Higgs production at HL-LHC and 100 TeV pp-colliders

From Higgs mechanism in the SM, the Higgs potential is determined. However, in Higgs extended models it is usually different from the SM prediction.
Thus it is important to measure the Higgs potential independently. At hadron colliders, Higgs self-couplings can be measured in multi-Higgs production.
However, this process may receive contributions from other modified Higgs couplings, which can be even CP-violating.
In this talk, I will show how HL-LHC and 100 TeV pp-colliders can explore Higgs couplings in the framework of effective field theory.
