We would like to announce to you that the 2019 Student Poster Session is going to be held on September 26 (Wednesday), 2019.

You are welcome to participate in this stimulating event.

Place: 1F, Institute of Physics, AS

Participants: students from Nano, MST, and SCST Programs are welcomed, and
　　　　　　 the students who are 4th year or higher are required to participate and submit a poster

Submission

1. Participants: students from Nano, MST, and SCST Programs are welcomed, and the students who are 4th year or higher are required to submit a poster.
2. Submit two files:
   (1) Poster: submitted as " .pdf " file.
   (2) Briefing (PowerPoint): submitted as " .ppt " (.pptx) file, and less than 5 slides. (for second stage oral presentation)

  During the poster presentation period (13:30-15:30), 10 best posters will be selected by referees.
• Second stage:
  The presenters of the ten selected posters, each will give a 3-minute oral presentation plus 3-minute Q&A. The winners will be selected by referees and all programs' representatives.
